For a deposit to be credited, you must first make a transfer from YOUR bank account and then notify the deposit using your CryptoMKT Account.

The process can take from 6 business hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to 24 business hours, but generally deposits are credited much faster (about 1 business hour).

PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT:

• Cash deposits will be returned.
• Transfers whose account holders do not match the user registered in CryptoMarket will be returned (Co-Holders or third parties).
